Lena Dana was born in Paris. After graduating from high school with a major in cinema, she spent a sabbatical year in London.
Afterwards, she entered the University of Rennes to study for a degree in Cinema.
She then studied at the Cours Florent in Paris, where she joined the Classe Libre.
She writes for both theater and film.
She directed and self-produced her first short film, "Les Papillons", in 2023, which won the Audience Award at the Tirana Film Festival.
In 2024, she directed her second short film, "La Piqûre", with Carole Franck and Julien de Saint Jean.
She is currently working on her first feature film, "Roméo", due for release in autumn 2025.
