Legrand McMullen is an independent screenwriter, and producer with Matching Sweaters Productions. He has written four feature length screenplays, three one-hour TV pilots, and many short scripts, in addition to having several story projects in development.

He's written and produced short films, Bird Call, Condemned, and Poetry Stalled, and is currently producing two short films for release in 2018. He also created, produced and wrote an animated web series entitled Modern Mayhem, eight episodes of which have been released on YouTube and FunnyOrDie.com.
He's an alumni of Robert McKee's Story Workshops and an active Professional Member of the Writers Bootcamp in Los Angeles. He's published three volumes of poetry and some of his work has been published in The Lake Superior Review, California State Poetry Quarterly, Pacific Poetry & Fiction Review, Pigiron Magazine, Carousel Magazine, and Chrysalis Magazine. He grew up in Asia and the United States, and has travelled throughout Europe, Central America, Canada and Alaska.
