Director Biography - Isabel Loução Santos, Isabel Moiçó

Isabel Loução Santos is a Portuguese TV reporter since 1998.
Over time, has specialized on special reports and documentaries focused mainly on climate change and social issues.
In 2010, won the Prince Rainier III Special Prize, Monte-Carlo Television Festival with the report “Earth Global Challenge”.
Among her most recent most works are the series “The Crisis of our Lives” (with two seasons 2019-2020), documenting the great financial crisis and its huge impact in Portugal, and the series “Left Behind” that tells the stories of the most vulnerable of all and how they endured during the pandemic: the unemployed, the homeless, the elderly people, the children or the owners of small businesses.
