Entry Requirements:
1. Type of video
The following types of short films are accepted: drama, comedy, documentary, experimental film, etc.
All entries must be original and have not been commercially distributed or screened at other film festivals.
2. Completion time
The films must be made within the last two years, ensuring that the works must have the latest perspectives and innovations.
3. Language requirements
Films in languages other than English must have an English subtitle.
English films have the option to add subtitles in other languages to reach an international audience and amplify the impact of the film.
4. Copyright Requirements
The director must have the full copyright or have obtained the necessary licenses to ensure that the work is legally free of copyright or intellectual property disputes.

Submission Process:
1. Submit to the platform
Entries must be submitted online through the Festival's official website or uploaded through a third-party platform designated by the Festival.
2. Submission Format
Submissions must be in MP4 or MOV format with a resolution of at least 1080p to ensure the visual quality of the virtual projection.
3. Fees
A non-refundable entry fee is required for each entry.
Early commits receive a discount.
4. Submission of materials
Entries should include the following:
HD digital video files (at least 1080p)
Video introduction (100 words or less)
Director's profile (within 50 words)
Stills and posters from the film
