Sebastian Delgado is a film director, producer & writer. Starting in Miami, he directed music videos & independent short films in between high school classes. This developed a passion for filmmaking, taking every opportunity to learn his craft and sharpen his skills. Upon graduating high school, he moved to New York City to create a docu-series for BOLD Worldwide’s hit YouTube show “GrowingBOLD”, chronicling the life and business of CEO Brian Cristiano, thus beginning his professional career.
Now residing in Atlanta Georgia, Sebastian works on a multitude of endeavors, working as a set lighting tech on films & shows such as Stanger Things, Ozark and Cobra Kai, developing a documentary series, directing & producing independent films, and exploring the human condition through his works.
While reading the novel by Mel Torrefranca, I knew I had to create a cinematic adaptation. I would smell the sea salt and pine in the air, hear the sounds of seagulls squawking overhead, and feel trapped with the characters who resided in the small town of Wishville, lost in time & space. It's the perfect capsule of my experience as a child, desperate to venture into the unknown, regardless of what danger might lie ahead. I hope to do this story justice, and that you enjoy watching it!
