I live in Atlanta with my husband and son and the world’s best dog, Loki.
I’m a writer-actor-filmmaker-hustler. My sketches and shorts are endless on YouTube and Funny or Die and some have even made it to TBS, Fox’s Laughs TV and legit festivals.
Sketch comedy is my great love and it’s the thing that has kept me writing and acting and hungry these last eight years.
More recently, I’ve been putting effort into writing longer works - pilots and features. MURPH, the first feature I’ve written solo, comes from my great love of crime comedies and sketch. This year Murph was selected for The Athena Lab, finished as a quarterfinalist in the Academy’s Nicholl Fellowship, a semifinalist at the Austin Film Festival, won three screenplay competitions around the US, won a staged reading May 2020 through the Atlanta Film Festival and finished as a finalist (top 25) in the ScreenCraft Fall 2018 Film Fund competition.
My TV pilot, FLORIDA WOMAN SAVES THE DAY, was #2 on the 2019 Bitch List, a finalist in the 2018 WIF/The Black List Episodic Lab, a finalist in the 2018 Shore Scripts TV Pilot competition, a quarter-finalist in the ScreenCraft Pilot Launch competition and has received numerous positive evaluations on The Black List including a rare 8/10.
But a script is a part of the art and I’m really eager to get these bad boys filmed. I spend a lot of my free time thinking about and working toward that end. And then, otherwise, it’s just me and my Roku.
