Le Mal du Pays
Among enchanted forest landscapes leading to shimmering waterways, this brief audiovisual journey whisks us away to a fantasy world where childhood memories are restored as an ode to a once flourishing biodiversity, now endangered more than ever.
This short is the first episode of "Maëlstrom," a series of visual instalments created by indie-pop French band Flocon, in collaboration with emerging filmmaker and director of photography João Delfim.
