A young man must choose between two difficult choices, ensuring his lonely mother or fight against the terrorists who attack his village while he is preparing for his marriage. His old mother doesn't want him to go because she's afraid of losing him.

Haidar Aljezairi was born in 1984 in Basra, after completing his school, worked in many Iraqi and Gulf television channels such as Dubai Media Corporation and Al-Iraqia. He also worked as a journalist for a long time during the war in Iraq and worked on many investigations such as the marsh documentary and the “Sawt Al-Fajr” about Mohammed Mohammed Sadiq al-Sadr (May Allah sanctify his soul). He also worked on editing and mixing films such as Buffalo dreams. He studied at the “Markazia” School in Basra and emigrated abroad to continue his scientific career in the Netherlands. He completed his Dutch studies and passed the orientation year at Open Studio, Television School in Amsterdam. He was admitted to Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and graduated in 2016 with his film Last wall as an audiovisual designer. The film was shortlisted for the drempelprijs 2016 for the best graduation projects. He also completed a journalism Minor study at University of applied sciences of Utrecht. He researched the contrast between news reports and documentaries. He is currently working on preparations to produce a documentary called: Victory Machines.
