Lana's Story
Lana, her husband, Didar, and their son, Layad, fled from the Kurdish part of Iraq. During their journey their cellphone was stolen, with all their photographs. Pupils from the Konrad Agahd School give back the stolen pictures in a drawn film.

Anna Faroqhi & Haim Peretz live and work as an artist duo in Berlin. Anna Faroqhi is a filmmaker and draftswoman. She studied singing in Berlin, mathematics and physics in Frankfurt/Main, and film at the HFF Munich.
Haim Peretz is a filmmaker and framebuilder from Nahariya, Israel. He is self-taught, studied aerospace technology, and worked as an artistic framebuilder in Berlin, where he has lived since 1994.
Faroqhi & Peretz have been making films, conceiving exhibitions, and giving workshops on the media of documentary film and drawing since 2003. Central to their work, which is presented internationally, are the themes of migration and life-long learning. They jointly run the video studio of the Hans Eisler Academy of Music, where they teach video. They are part of the Arsenal Filmatelier, the education program of the Arsenal Institute of Film and Video.
