LampEUsa tells the story about the people living on the island of Lampedusa in the middle of the Mediterranean. Since years Lampedusa is in the focus of migration towards Europe. Thousands of refugees arrived on the island and continued their way to other European countries. But how does this fact affect the small community of 5.500 Italians living on this rock in the sea? Journalist and neo-filmmaker Alexander Lechner is trying to give an answer to this question.
