LEAFF provides a platform to educate and promote aspiring independent filmmakers, artists, and musicians pursuing artistic careers, while offering a stage for classic and emerging films along with art and music of the Great Lakes. Located on the water in historic downtown Sandusky, Ohio-LEAFF is the epicenter of Lake Erie's greatest attractions, amazing accommodations and island destinations.

This years festival opening night will feature a 25th Anniversary screening of "Welcome Home Roxy Carmichael" filmed on location in Sandusky.
