LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO

Ingmar is an abusive narcissist who can't cope being abandoned by his girlfriend. Unable to stand alone he goes out to hunt another victim and repeats the cycle of emotional abuse but this time thing will go wrong. Ingmar repeatedly abuses his partners and gets trapped in a never ending cycle of frustration. Ingmar is a narcissist with relationship issues who repeatedly manipulates and emotionally abuses his partners creating a cyclical pattern. Ingmar seeks attention, control, admiration and when he fails to obtain his goal he creates chaos around him making himself again the centre of attention. His errand behavior leads him to be ignored and abandoned, his deepest fear.

Psychological drama about abusive relationships.

Ingmar (Pääru Oja) refuses to accept the end of his relationship with Liisa and pays a surprise and unwanted visit to her on an anempt to talk things through. Ingmar is ignored and Liisa threats to call the police if he doesn’t leave. Ingmar can’t cope with his own emotions and overreacts creating a commotion. Ingmar gets drowned in his own anger. He goes to a swimming pool to relax and that’s where he meets and flirts with Anne (Jaanika Arum). They go for dinner in a fancy restaurant and continue the night at Anne’s hotel room. Once inside the room, Ingmar begin to be dominating, intrusive and aggressive. Anne accidentally spills a glass of wine on Ingmar’s shirt and he outburst on a rampage, overreacting and making a scene. Anne finally manage to evict Ingmar out of the room and again, Ingmar finds himself locked outside a door creating drama.

Director Biography - Carlos E. Lesmes

Carlos E. Lesmes (1987) is a Colombian film director currently living and working in Estonia. Graduated as a Filmmaker from Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2010, after two years working in Diorama post-production as an Editor and Director Carlos moved to Estonia to get his MA degree in Baltic Film and Media School. After completing the degree he has been an active member of the Estonian film community, being part of different feature films and developing his own film projects. Carlos is interested in science fiction, science, comic books and particle physics, but mostly in how all of this can be tied and used to try and tell stories about the experience of being a human. A Loss of Something Ever Felt is his first full feature documentary film.
