LTC Cinema Series

*YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS FILM SERIES IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE (TAKES PLACE IN NYC)

- Please read entire RULES & TERMS thoroughly before submitting to the LTC Cinema Series; If excepted, you will be required to follow instructions precisely, thank you.

- The initial submission process is $20.00 for all FILMS & WEB SERIES.

- Each short film & web series is required to bring in 20 Guest Tickets in sales and 5 tickets must be purchased up front to be added to the event (which will leave 15 Tickets to go) If sales are not met, film submission accepted applicant must make up the difference in ticket sales in order to have film screened. Venue is pre-paid for and we feel each film should be treated equally and d0 their due-diligence in order to make for a better event.
If filmmaker, decides to back out of agreement, there are no refunds.

- Your SHORT FILM and WEB SERIES will be chosen strictly on the QUALITY of your narratives, including: Visual, Audio quality and Performances of the production itself.

- If you have a trailer (Radio Talk Show, TV Talk Show, Web Series, Short Film, Full Film, etc..) that you would like to appear on the next LTC Cinema Series, please send your full contact info and trailer as an attachment to Info@LocalTalentConnect.com for more information. This is a promotional segment. The segments are entitled "TV Show Me The Series & The Trail Mix"

- Your Trailers will be automatically added to our segments entitled "TV SHOW ME THE SERIES & The Trail Mix

*It is very critical to take the following steps after receiving acceptance into the LTC Cinema Series.

1) In order for your film to be showcased at the venue you must have a Blu-Ray version of your Short film, Web Series & Trailers! This is an absolute must, and your project simply can not be screened unless you have either version. We recommend you have your project in a Bluray version!

2) You are required to bring 1 Blu-Ray version to the event day as a precautionary measure (back-up):

3) All submitted works (Short Films & Web Series) are required to send a movie poster, graphic, etc, along with a social media link of preference to Info@LocalTalentConnect.com - This will be added to the LTC Cinema Series Page
on the LTC Network.

I, the undersigned, have read and understand the rules, regulations and guidelines to the LTC Cinema Series to the best of my knowledge, all the information is correct as indicated on the submitted entry.

The LTC Cinema Series is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless The LTC Cinema Series from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
