Director Statement

This is an animated short film about saying goodbye.
The story was originally intended to be made into a picture book, but later on during the graduation project, I wanted to further experiment by turning it into an animation.
The story was inspired by imagining children leaving for various reasons and what they might want to say to their mothers. This led to the idea of whether they are somewhere in the world, experiencing and observing it in their own way.
