L FOR LOVE
In this three-part short film, the protagonists are two young women, Anne and Lola. While in a modern, day-to-day setting, they describe the three stages of love, and they do so by using poetry. Combining a classical medium like poetry with contemporary characters is a way of expressing how love has always been and always will be universal. There is no clear implication if the two women are talking about each other or if they are referring to somebody else, even somebody they "share", and that layer further functions as proof that the three stages of love they are describing aren't in any way defined by gender, sexual orientation, class or race.
