Director Biography - JUAN RIVEROS

Juan Riveros,
Born in Bogotá Colombia, Studied Tv production and Drama in this city, and worked for different companies as camera man and editor.
In 2015 he moved to New York, and started a solo company as a videographer.
He has worked mostly as camera man an editor for music, corporate, and commercial videos. He has participated in various shortfilms as camera man and DP.

Juan Lives actually in Miami florida, and works for a major Latino Tv Station, as Camera man and editor for the digital platform.

Director Statement

I was shock when I knew what happened in Las Ramblas Barcelona, I had booked a flight to Barcelona 3 weeks after this attack, and when I got there, the atmosphere I felt was very sad. Knowing that I could be one of those people that were just walking around, and in a second lost their lives. I carried my DSLR camera and had an image in my heat, so I started shooting with that idea. It wasn't very clear but as we camera man/editors always think.."I'll see what to do in post".

And I came out with this piece, full of toughs, and feelings.
