Director Biography - Cynthia SICCO , Manuel MOUTIER


Cynthia Sicco holds a master in Cinema from Paris University (Sorbonne). She also graduated from ESRA in Paris (Ecole Supérieure de Réalisation Audiovisuelle - Higher Institute for Audiovisual Directing)
She has been working for many years as an Assistant Director, Casting Director and Art Director for quite a number of feature films, TV movies and advertising films.
She is passionate about directing and movie scenario writing.

Manuel is graduated from ESRA in Paris (Ecole Supérieure de Réalisation Audiovisuelle
He divides his time between cinema, music and photography. He has directed several short movies and video clips. He is also a music composer and producer. As a photographer he is mainly interested in portrait photos and has realized several exhibitions. Since 2008 he is a member of the Cannes Festival selection committee.

Cynthia and Manuel met during their years at ESRA. Since then, they have jointly written and directed many short movies and video clips. In 2016 they decided to launch their own audiovisual production company called The Filmcatcher, for which they have produced and directed short movies, advertising films, promotional films and video clips.
