Director Biography - Miha Reja

Miha Reja was born and raised in Goriška Brda of Slovenia where great wine is made. He studies at School of Arts University of Nova Gorica where he pursuits in the creation of animated films. He wishes to tell stories derived from real-life but mixed with something fantastical. He received some awards already, national animation award (DSAF) for best student animated film in progress 2020, CEE Animation Forum 2021 - Animation Sans Frontier award. His first short animated film Behind closed shutters (2020) was selected to many festivals.
