Jerusalem, Israel
Born (1955) and lives in Tel Aviv, Israel. For many years practicing law and at the same time occupies with photography, art, and languages. In recent years, following continuing education at Musrara photography school in Jerusalem, concentrating on artistic work in the fields of photography, engraving and painting, using unique techniques. Participated in solo and group exhibitions in: Yad LaBanim Gallery, Haifa; Derfler Gallery, Jerusalem; Warehouse 2, Art complex, Jaffa, Modiin Artists House and in alternative space.
After directing a documentary film (Mother-Tongue) about daughters and mothers relations, concentrating now on poetry films.
As a versatile visual artist, poetry for me is the most concentrated, purified medium of self-expression. Hence, I try to keep my poetry films thin and to create simple production films that do not try to demonstrate but to carefully wrap the poem with personal associations.
