Kodiyan

ILANGO and GEETA, a young couple, run away from their homes and get married in the hill town of Kodaikanal and start a new life with nothing else but love and hope. Unexpectedly, Geetha is abducted from their home by an unknown assailant, leaving Ilango for dead. Unconscious for a day, when Ilango wakes up in a hospital, he is left completely helpless. He gets arrested by local police inspector REGINA as Geetha’s family relatives press charges against him. Believing they must have taken her, Ilango fights with them. Ilango is stopped and saved by a stranger, who introduces himself as VARADHARAJAN, father of one of the previous victims of the serial killer, who is obsessively searching for the Killer for over three years. The stranger informs Ilango that Geetha was taken by a serial killer whose modus operandi is to kill his victims after keeping them captive for 3 days. We later come to know that the serial killer is a 47-year-old Government employee, VIJAYARAGHAVAN (a) RAGHAVAN. Now, already having spent a day in the hospital, Ilango has less than two days to find and save his wife.
