In a world dictated to achieving perfection, it's painful to take even a few minutes to observe yourself.

The video-performance that takes the name of "Kioo" (which in kiswahili means mirror) investigates concepts such as observation, the urgency of time, the fight against frenzy, the rediscovery of what is only apparently useless and self-analysis .
All this, taking advantage of the power of the mirror, recording phases of prolonged observation:
- observing oneself as a reactionary gesture, as opposed to the frenetic action of doing and moving.
- the use of video synthesis to avoid the influence of the conditioning external gaze.
