Transition Town Kinsale in association with Made to Measure Films and Future Kinsale are inviting Under 25's, living in Ireland, to create and submit a short film exploring how young people see their futures. The winning selection will be shown over Kinsale Arts Weekend (KAW).

Theme: ‘Tread Lightly on My Future’

You can interpret this in the form of animation or live action. Films are to be no more than 2 minutes long and must be suitable for all audiences

There are two categories; attending primary or second level education in 2019 and ‘under 25’ on July 1st, 2019. Bryan O'Brien, award winning photographer and videographer with The Irish Times, will Chair the selection committee, working with Producer/ Director Karla Goodman.

• A log-line that encapsulates your film (no more than 15 words)
• A brief synopsis of your film (no more than 60 words)
• A photograph/still of your film.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. No fees will be paid to screen these films. Submissions which have been selected to be screened will be advised by email prior to the Launch of the Film Festival on Friday 19th July, when the winners will be announced. The winners will be listed, and made available on the Transition Town Kinsale, Future Kinsale and Kinsale Arts Weekend websites and associated social media.

2. Use of commercial music is the responsibility of the filmmaker
