All my work begins non-fiction, turns into creative non-fiction with completely unrooted-from-reality scenes that play with perception. I enjoy getting people together and working on creative projects.
My MFA from SJSU is in creative writing; poetry and screenwriting. My BA is from the University of Portland is in theatre performance. I’m editor in chief for a non-profit literary and art journal, Cæsura published by Poetry Center of San Jose. I’ve been a script reader for Cinequest and a poetry judge for the ruth weiss Foundation [sic] poetry competition. I’ve written full feature, short, and pilot scripts. My genre preferences are dark comedy, drama, rom-com, and thriller. I've shown my short films Sister Stalking, and Bill Rules at the Cinequest Film Festival, and in other venues.
