Kilimanjaro - A Journey For John

This past summer I had the opportunity participate in Sigma Alpha Epsilon's first ever 'Climb For A Cause' whereby I traveled to Tanzania, Africa and set out to summit the tallest free standing mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro. The purpose of the climb was to raise money for the John P. McNicholas Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. After months of persuading, fundraising, training, planning, and packing I was finally able to start the trek to bring the late John McNicholas to the roof of Africa.
