“KICK OFF” is a micro-movie inspired by real events, showcasing how football transforms the lives of homeless individuals. Poki Ng, Tony Wu, Ken Law, and Julius Brian Siswojo, representing diverse backgrounds, encounter social worker Tung (Bryrant Mak) and join a street soccer team . With unwavering support from the Street Soccer chairman Alex (Kwok Keung Cheung) and organizer - Stanley (Aaron Chow), they witness remarkable personal changes.
Facing abandonment by society, addiction, and estrangement, these individuals find hope through street football. Will they choose a different path? Can they overcome adversity? Join their extraordinary journey as they rediscover themselves through the power of the game.

Irene is a former advertising creative with a passion for storytelling. With a degree in graphic design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, she embarked on her career in the creative industry.
Having worked for renowned international advertising agencies such as Gray World Wide, Ogilvy, and McCann Worldwide, Irene honed her skills as an art director and associate creative director. She later served as a creative director at McCann Worldwide, contributing to high-profile campaigns.
Throughout her career, Irene has received multiple awards for her creativity and copywriting skills, including recognition at the Hong Kong Advertising Association Conference. Her dedication earned her the prestigious Kam Fan Award from the Hong Kong Association of Advertisers.
Driven by her desire to explore new creative avenues, Irene made a transition to filmmaking and joined HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIMITED. With her ability to seamlessly blend creativity and technical expertise, she has established herself as a respected figure in the industry. Irene remains committed to pushing the boundaries of her work and continuously challenging herself in her craft.
Rick is a seasoned filmmaker with over two decades of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1994 at a prominent HK TV station before transitioning to a production company in 1997. Starting as a production assistant, he quickly rose to the role of assistant director within two years.
In 2000, Rick directed his first project, paving the way for a prolific career that includes TV commercials and music videos. In 2010, he founded his own production house, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIMITED, to further pursue his love for filmmaking.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Rick has garnered recognition and acclaim for his ability to capture diverse narratives. His artistic vision and dedication to his craft have solidified his status as a respected figure in the industry.
Rick continues to push creative boundaries, wishing to deliver impactful cinematic experiences that leave a lasting impression.
