The boy’s father devoted his whole life to this old movie theatre, and now it’s about to be destroyed.
On the eve of the destruction, the boy crosses the demolition zone barriers and walks into the abandoned and desolate movie theater that was once so full of voices.
For this one last time, the son and his father watch a film together in this cinema that holds so many memories.

Director Biography - Shih-Han TSAO

TSAO Shih-Han holds a master’s degree in Filmmaking from t
he Taipei National University of the Arts and was a mentee of t
he 2016 Taipei Golden Horse Film Academy. His TV film HE IS
DOG, IN MY HOUSE (2012), was nominated for Best Scriptwriti
ng at Taiwan’s Golden Bell Awards. His short film, A DREAM
OF SPRING (2017) and his latest short film, NEKO AND FLIES (2
020) were both selected for the International Competition at th
e Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival in France. His latest
project BEAUTIFUL DAYS IN THE SOUTH was selected at HAF 20
21.
