Kasper has a bachelor's degree in acting from Nord University. He wrote and acted in his first short film, "Congratulations," in 2018 and has since acted in a couple of Norwegian TV series and toured Norway with different theater plays.

He writes and directs both for screen and stage, but is primarily interested in creating dialogue-driven drama for the big screen. "The Two of Us," which was nominated for Best Short at the Norwegian Short Film Festival, was Kasper’s directorial debut.

He is part of the production company "Naturlig Produksjoner," a creative collective based in Oslo, dedicated to creating films that depict universally relatable situations—those experiences everyone has, or will, encounter at least once in their life. Their primary focus is on stories inspired by real life, executed with a strong sense of authenticity. Central to their approach is the development of deep, believable characters and the chemistry between actors. They believe that a compelling story emerges naturally once the characters come to life through the actors' performances.

"Neighbors with Open, Closed, and No Drapes," directed by Ermesjø and played by Aschehoug and Becker-Andersen, is being submitted to film festivals this fall.
