Karin Sarafraz is a 16-year-old short film director from Iran. She is currently in her first year at art high school and actively participates in filmmaking workshops organized by the Iranian Youth Cinema Society. Karin has a deep passion for creating short films and animations, and she is always striving to tell diverse life stories through the art of cinema.

She won the gold medal at the 8th Iranian Youth Filmmaking Olympiad, a significant achievement that further motivated her to pursue a career in film. Karin’s goal is to convey humanistic and social messages through her works and to share them on an international level.
