Director Biography

Créé en 2016 par des étudiants en cinéma d’animation, le Karamove réunit une centaine de participants et a pour but de réaliser un clip original en une semaine sur une composition musicale unique. Les participants sont répartis en groupes d'écoles ou de studio différents, pour partager leurs expériences et techniques. Ils créent ensemble des séquences dynamiques de personnages animés en techniques de cinéma d'animation traditionnelles et/ou numériques variées, au rythme de la musique.

Director Statement

Created in 2016 by animation students, the Karamove brings together about a hundred participants and aims to make an original video clip in a week on a single musical composition. Participants are divided into groups from different schools and levels, to share their experiences and techniques. Together they create dynamic sequences of animated characters in various traditional and/or digital animation techniques, to the rhythm of the music.
