As a filmmaker, I’m deeply interested in exploring the evolving landscape of digital media, particularly the potential of vertical format films and short-form content tailored for social media and mobile devices. With nearly seventy percent of all digital video now consumed on mobile devices, I believe we are on the cusp of a significant shift in how narrative-driven content is both created and experienced.
My current project reflects this vision. By embracing the vertical format, I aim to create immersive, engaging stories that resonate with audiences where they are increasingly consuming media—on their phones. I see this not just as an adaptation to new viewing habits, but as an exciting opportunity to pioneer a new kind of cinematic language that’s perfectly suited for the small screen.
As we move forward, I believe that vertical storytelling will become more prevalent, offering fresh possibilities for visual storytelling and creating new connections between filmmakers and audiences. My work is driven by a passion to explore these possibilities, to push the boundaries of traditional filmmaking, and to contribute to the growing body of content that speaks directly to our mobile-first world.
