Kamal Narola is a rising filmmaker born in India and currently based in Dubai. He left behind his family's traditional diamond business to pursue his passion for film, a journey marked by perseverance and determination.

Kamal's path to the film industry was not without its challenges. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he made the difficult decision to drop out of his engineering degree at the University of Nottingham to pursue a career in film.
Despite lacking any connections within the industry, Kamal was undeterred and began his journey working as a production assistant and video editor at Lovin Dubai, a top media brand in Dubai where Kamal began to hone his skills in production management and social media storytelling, developing a keen eye for creating compelling content that captivates viewers in today's digital age.

Tried of shallow social media trends, he left the media industry for much deeper meaning and recognized the transformative power of the metaverse in storytelling, working with well-established artists such as Nora Fatehi and Saad Lamjarred to produce captivating metaverse concerts.
Although Kamal's work in the metaverse allowed him to work with cutting-edge technology and big names, he felt a longing for the traditional ways of filmmaking that first drew him to the industry. This longing eventually led him to create his first short film, "PERSPECT," a thought-provoking exploration of the limitations of human perception and their influence on our decisions in life.

Kamal's passion for storytelling, willingness to take risks and ability to craft engaging narratives have made him a rising talent in the film industry.
