Kaimera
It only happens at midnight; a station jingles out of nowhere and a radio starts playing a music. As days progress it becomes addictive to him. He can’t let it go and he becomes a different person. A toxic addiction is always going to make you crave for more. He undeniably needed the music, but his human nature become ecstatic, bitter and conflicted, when the music doesn’t play. As he continues his expedition to find out more about the station, he gets to know that it is also helping him out.

Started my film career in 2018 through the first short film “Kuviyam” which made a breakthrough in Srilankan Short film, the whole movie was made in green screen, which got me scholars in NAFA and an entrance seat in Sydney Film School, financial issues played a pivotal role in not travelling. Then I wrote “Kaikkilai” which currently has 8 international selections and 1 local selection. Next movie “Kaimera” was screened to the public on the 8th March2020. Later 2 more projects were done during the corona virus lockdown. “The isolation” – a short about the corona pandemic and “Timothy 4:1” a mobile horror short film which was released on Facebook recently.
