Films serve as a mirror to shed light and understanding on complicated subjects while also providing guidance and comfort through different perspectives and dynamics, which is what I hope to achieve through my filmmaking.
Kailee Goodine is a writer and director originally from East Haddam, CT. Kailee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies & Production from Hofstra University, where she served as a teacher’s assistant for an array of production courses under George P. Nicholas.
She began her career working in production design and art direction for award winning films such as Fields of Our Home, Color in Grief, and History of Hitler.
As she continued her education, her focus began to shift towards writing and directing. While studying under writer/director, Russell Harbaugh, Kailee began drafting her screenplay for her thesis short film, Here For Now.
