Fünf Frauen – Fünf Stimmen - 10 Instrumente - viele Ideen: das ist die Kölner Band Kadlosh. Sie spielen einfach, was ihnen gefällt - von fernen Balkanmelodien bis hin zu französischen Chansons, neuerdings auch mit Ausflügen nach Südamerika. Mit einem guten Schuss Humor und einer Vorliebe für krumme Takte entwickeln sie ihre eigene, entspannte Version von schön-schräger Volks- und Weltmusik. Die Kadlosh Funky Five, das sind: Bele Grau, Heike Kemmerich, Jumana Hamandouche, Sonja Mülstegen, Sybille Fezer - mit 5 Stimmen. Die 10, das sind: zwei Akkordeons, zwei Klarinetten, eine Geige, eine Bassklarinette, ein Cajon, eine Melodica, ein rundes Shaker Egg und eine eckige Triangel.

Director Biography - Elisa Manzano-Spieth

Elisa Manzano-Spieth, brazilian musician and Eurythmie dance teacher based in Campinas/Brazil and Cologne/Germany has been pending between both worlds over decades. In 2018, she took the opportunity to make a music video about the Kadlosh Funky Five.
