The short film script competition will take place in April 2016 in St. Petersburg. These are the criteria that a short film script should match to qualify:
1. The maximum length of a script is 10 minutes;
2. The script should have not been published or realized before the festival;
3. The Authors agree that if their script is selected into the final program, they will allow the students of film at St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture use it free of charge;
4. The Authors of selected scripts should come to St. Petersburg and read the script to the public. In case this is not possible, the Authors should provide a video recording of such reading, so that it can be played during the Festival;
5. The scripts are not reviewed or discussed;
6. All scripts should be translated into English or Russian (for a video recording English or Russian subtitles can be used);
7. Any genres of fiction are welcome.
