Director Biography - Edward T. Jones

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada,
Edward T. Jones always wanted to be a filmmaker.
Inspired by the Robert Rodriguez and his directorial debut "EL MARIACHI", Edward discovered at a young age that he didn't need a big budget or a big crew to tell a story through a camera lens.

In 2011,
He moved to Vancouver, BC, to attend New Image College, and become a student there for their 2-year acting course, where he successfully graduated with diploma in hand.
Afterwards, he spent nearly a decade there, participating in many various acting roles through stage, independent features and short films.

In the summer of 2021,
Edward moved back to Calgary, where he took on small background parts through Disney, Netflix and Hallmark, only to focus more on his passion of writing and directing, which finally led him to his first directorial effort, "KILL OR BE KILLED".

Now,
armed with a head full of ideas and a camera or two at his disposal,
he seeks to improve his craft with more film projects in the works.
