  • A film maker has to struggle a lot to make his/her film with some hope of stand or win some award and prize.
But this festival gives only official selection certificate to 70 or each officially selected film and no other category, so sad to say festival takes entry fee from filmmaker but no prize or awards for any one short film.

they do distribute the prize or award but it is for Jaipur theater groups and artist only.

I hope they will think to give respect to filmmakers to give them award and prize

  • Thanks to KIFFI for selecting 2 of my films for screening. Unfortunately I was unable to attend.
The communication was excellent and the organisers did a wonderful job keeping us posted with pictures of festival. It was well covered in local newspapers as well. I have submitted again and would definitely attend the next edition.

  • Unfortunately I could not attend the festival (based in Ireland) but thrilled my documentary film "1 BILLION" was included in their program. There was excellent communication as they set up a 'whatsap' group for all the filmmakers which was a great idea. They also emailed regular updates. The Festival organisers posted news, media coverage, photos of the festival before, during and after the event - this was a great idea as it felt I was still part of the event even though I was a long ways from Jaipur. The festival was good value for money. I am delighted that their second festival later this year will feature an awards category. I will definitely submit future work and I plan on attending in the future. Well done to all the Team and a big thank you for selecting my work for your first festival.
