Justin Carter is an Exeter based Writer, Director and Cinematographer of short and feature films. He has won several UK and US film festival awards for his productions, and his debut NO BUDGET feature TORN is ranked in the “10 Best Supernatural Horror Movies Of The Last Decade” (SCREENRANT Sept 15, 2020). Justin recently sold his spec screenplay for survival horror WOLF WHISTLE; and he's currently in pre production of his sophomore feature, the bittersweet drama SUNSHINE SMILES ON "SOPHIE'S SERENITY".
