A native of Cleveland, Ohio. Julie relocated to Las Vegas in 2007. After attending Kent State University, she decided to travel the world and entered the travel industry, eventually becoming an executive flight attendant from 1997- 2011. This position led her to flying celebrities and a former President and would relocate her to the entertainment capital of the world, working for the Sands Corporation.
She caught the acting bug while in Las Vegas, which lead her to train in film acting and writing several short films, currently in the film festival circuit with 2 wins and 2 nominations.
In August 2020 she was a contender among several thousands and won The Best Woman Filmmaker in the Vegas Movie Awards.
Julie continues to act, write and attend, NYU TISCH SCHOOL OF THE ARTS, studying film production.
She spends her free time training in archery, target shooting, combat for film and Latin dance. lessons.
Julie has played a variety of roles, women in authority as well as submissive roles.
Some recent roles include an emotionally strong Lieutenant Detective in LEWIS, a waitress on PROJECT PUPPIES FOR CHRISTMAS with Emmy nominated actor John Ratzenberger of the comedy series CHEERS. The meddling neighbor M.O.M SQUAD and the ill- tempered Latina aunt in LATINX film NOVENARIO most recently playing a domestically abused wife in the feature film ROGUE ANGELS, where she also doubled as Assistant Director.
She has worked in over 40 commercials airing regionally and in the Spanish speaking market Telemundo, a national Nutrisystem commercial alongside Marie Osmond and multiple print ads.
