Juan Antonio Trujillo is the founder of El Inverso Productions, a Portland-based group committed to creating spaces for community building and healing for queer people of color through film and related activities.
Juan Antonio Trujillo, a queer Latino man raised in a devout Mormon family, came to filmmaking after more than 30 years as a university-level educator. His work draws on skills developed over the years as a sociolinguist and queer studies scholar and features the experiences of people who live in the crossroads of ethnic, sexual, and other identities.
