JoyRiding
JoyRiding is a short documentary about one woman's experience long distance cycling around Nova Scotia, story telling, and holding space for suffering after divorce and violence.
Discovering her physical potential to endure long distance cycling strengthened Rani's ability to be patient and look at healing her deep and unseen wounds. The coastlines remind Rani of how beautiful life is outside the inner turmoil. Cycling in this province’s natural beauty transports her to another world and with each pedal she is a part of it.
