Journey to Nowhere

Journey To Nowhere is a 2D animated trailer for a hypothetical film that is heavily inspired by the visual themes and story-telling techniques of Studio Ghibli. Forced to grow up early in the absence of her mother, Amelia takes care of her sick grandfather and dog by herself. A mysterious black cat appears out of Nowhere and takes her and her family to a magical land where she learns that her mother was a witch and the circumstances behind her mysterious death. Unable to leave this land, Amelia must learn to accept help from others to unlock her full potential as a witch and take back the magical land of Nowhere from the evil wizard that’s trapped her there.
