Albin Pepe is an award-winning, Paraguayan-born, Long Island-raised, and Atlanta-based film director, photographer, and musician. He’s edited films for Uninterrupted Media & New Balance, The CW, and The Atlantic Philanthropies. His creative work has been highlighted by Allston Pudding, Post-Trash, and The Noise. In 2018, he edited a short called Father K that has been shortlisted for an IDA Award, invited to DOCNYC, and took home accolades from Austin Film Festival, Rhode Island International Film Festival, and Route 66 Film Festival. The Price of Freedom, the most recent film he edited during the COVID-19 pandemic, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2021, screened in hundreds of theaters nationwide, scored 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, and was picked up by CNN FILMS for national broadcast. He holds a B.A. in Film Production and Political Science from Vassar College, and is currently pursuing his Master of Fine Arts in Film at the University of Georgia.
