Dylan is an NYC-based director and published author. He studied at NYU Tisch Film School and spent the years since making films, writing books, and producing commercial content.
A feature screenplay that Dylan wrote in 2007 won a $10,000 award from the Sloan Foundation. A documentary of his was featured on Upworthy.com and viewed over 240,000 times. His short film "The Tunnel" has won "Best Short Film" at Inwood Film Festival and "Best Short Director" at the Austin Revolution Film Festival. Another short, "Omie Wise", won awards at the Las Vegas Film Festival and the First Run Film Festival.
In 2013, his non-fiction book about dreams was published, co-authored with two friends. It has since been released in eleven languages and has sold over 80,000 copies. "A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming" has been featured by many notables, including Oprah.com, iTunes, Tricycle Magazine, and Men's Fitness Magazine.
