Born and raised in Brooklyn New York, Joseph Posa burst onto the independent film scene at a very young age. He has won multiple awards for his films “Blood Brother” and “Rose, Woes and Joes” at prominent film festivals on both coasts. His big break came in 2010 when he co-created the original concept for a reality TV show called “Scrappers” that aired on Spike TV. Since then, Joseph has been working for and with some of the biggest and most relevant producers for unscripted TV in the industry. He has quickly gained a reputation for finding interesting characters, developing cohesive concepts and bringing unique stories to life, while at the same time, always coming in under budget. Posa Productions was created with his partner Adam Seminara in 2013, and to date has remained successful, though oftentimes behind the scenes. They currently have multiple projects in different stages ranging from recently optioned to pre-production for unscripted TV and film. Look out for some release dates and positive press coming soon.
