Director Biography - Jonathan Small, Maxine Mason

Jon Small is from Portsmouth, UK, and has been writing and directing short films with a group of talented and dedicated amateur actors and film-makers since 2007. "Jonty Velcro" is Jon's ninth film. For his day job, Jon is a writer in the information technology industry.

Maxine Mason has been co-writing and co-directing short films since 2010. "Jonty Velcro" is Maxine's second outing as co-director. For her day job, Maxine helps autistic children learn to speak.

Jon and Maxine currently live in East Hampshire.
