Jonathan Moses values quality and a healthy workplace. For him, a film must have good quality so that the audience will be happy to see the film. Apart from that, Jonathan also does his best to create a healthy workplace for all the crew in his film projects. For him, the workplace of Indonesian film crews which sometimes neglects the health of the crew/actors and makes them overworked can be a disaster for the film and individual crews because overworked crews cannot give their best for the film.

Jonathan started his film career with the first short films he made in high school “Love is a Verb” and “Kairos”. Later at university, he met Ivana and started Bengkelpod Studio. There, he became the producer of his first short film “Remembrance” and his second film “Ode To Glory” which will be out soon. So, for the third Bengkelpod Studio short film, “3 Days Before My Birthday” Jonathan acts as the Co-Producer.
