Joell Jackson has been perfecting his craft one style art form at a time since La Guardia Performing Arts High School. In that school, he was casted in musicals every year studying under Harry Shifman (trained Timothèe Chalamet) and chose Joell in Les Miserables and West Side Story as Bernardo. Immediately after high school he was casted in the Broadway show STOMP as Particle Man. Pursuing his drumming at the time, he later was chosen to be the Musical Director/ Choreographer for the New York Knicks Drum-line at Madison Square Garden. Also, HBO VINYL premiered Joell on their show playing the 1950's singer Bobby Blue Band. He has been recently spotted as the lead character Light in the Wynn Theater show “Awakening “.
