Jingle
Within fleeting Jingle and concealed realms, an everlasting agony resonates through repeating murmurs, where the shroud of darkness disguises unrevealed realities. A silent rope binds the echoes of torment.

Stany Fernando, a visionary director with a penchant for the dark and mysterious, was born in Sri Lanka, surrounded by a family of local event photographers and videographers. Growing up amidst the creative aura of his family, Stany's interest in the craft was piqued at an early age. As he absorbed the art of visual storytelling from his family members, he also discovered a profound love for cinema, particularly the works of legendary creatives like David Lynch, Guillermo Del-Toro, Satoshi Kon, Junji Ito, and Hideo Kojima.
Fuelled by a desire to dive into the realm of filmmaking, Stany's thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Photography from Northumbria University. Armed with theoretical expertise, he embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self-teaching to hone his skills as a director. His family's legacy in photography and videography provided a solid foundation, but it was his relentless pursuit of perfection that set him apart.
Drawing inspiration from the enigmatic worlds crafted by his influences, Stany began to shape his unique directing style—a seamless blend of minimalism and gothic aesthetics. Embracing the power of shadows and eerie atmospheres, his storytelling unfolds like a haunting symphony, leaving audiences both captivated and disturbed.
In his directorial debut, Stany took a leap into the horror genre with his short film "Jingle." Through this spine-chilling creation, he seamlessly translated his theoretical knowledge into practical artistry. The film showcased his distinctive approach to horror, delving into the depths of the human mind, exploring themes of mental health, inner turmoil, and the unknown realms lurking just beyond reality's veil.
Stany's films have garnered praise for their boldness and originality, often provoking thought and reflection among viewers. His storytelling prowess lies not only in his command over visuals but also in his deep understanding of characters. Through detailed and open communication with his cast and crew, Stany ensures that everyone involved shares a common vision, fostering a collaborative environment that breathes life into his narratives.
As his career progresses, Stany Fernando's work continues to captivate audiences and critics alike. With each project, he explores the uncharted territories of human emotions and the shadowy corners of existence, unearthing the beauty within darkness.
Beyond the silver screen, Stany remains a private individual, known for his introspective nature. When not engrossed in filmmaking, he finds solace in delving into the works of fellow creators and expanding his horizons in literature, art, and the occult.
Stany's passion for filmmaking has led him to be regarded as a rising star in the industry, and he is constantly on the lookout for new ways to push boundaries and challenge cinematic norms. His directorial journey is one of relentless pursuit, bringing to light the untold stories that lurk within the shadows and inviting audiences to embrace the beauty of darkness.
As he continues to unravel the mysteries of the human psyche and the realms beyond, Stany Fernando's legacy in the world of filmmaking is set to leave an indelible mark, forever altering the landscape of horror cinema and enriching the artistic tapestry of storytelling.
