Jeff Phungglan (Poon - gahn) is a Georgia-based, Thai-American filmmaker. He's known to thrive in the conflict. That’s why he decided to go to Bible college in Las Vegas and then, with a ministry degree, pursued filmmaking instead.
His films explore the duality of conflict in themes about family, relationships, and obligation. Jeff’s latest short film, “The Algo” is a prime example of that, firmly fitting into his body of work.
